Deep Tissue Massage is a technique used to treat chronic tension in muscles that lie far below the body surface. With this service, we take into consideration your activity movement patterns, wants, and needs in relation to how your body moves and functions. By using a combination of lengthening, friction, cross-fibre strokes, and passive stretching, your treatment is guaranteed to give your muscles exactly what they are after

Relaxation Massage

Relaxation Massage is a smooth, gentle treatment that relieves muscular tension, increases circulation, and promotes a general sense of relaxation. Using long, rhythmic strokes and small circular movements which helps to break down adhesions and promote better circulation. We Incorporate essential oils into this full-body massage to make this the ultimate relaxing experience.

Cupping Therapy 

Myofascial Cupping is a therapy using cups as tools to help manipulate the soft tissues. Silicone cups are applied in a way that creates negative pressure, lifting the superficial tissue into the cups as they glide on the skin. By focusing on your specific areas of concern, cupping may work to help alleviate pain and stiffness by increasing local blood flow, speed up recovery, increase Rang of Motion, reduce inflammation and optimize your sense of wellbeing.

Insurance Coverage

When booking your appointments please notify us of the name of your insurance provider, as some of our staff's Massage Therapy programs may not be accepted by your insurance provider. This way we can ensure you are with a Therapist whom your insurer recognizes.
